SYSTEMS + TRAINING
Systems, Routines + Training Rebuild
Turn the way your restaurant is supposed to operate into something your team can actually follow.
I’ll review the routines, training materials, role expectations and management tools your restaurant relies on, identify what is missing or outdated, then build the practical systems needed to make execution more consistent.
Starting at $995 CAD
If the System Lives in Someone’s Head, It Isn’t Really a System
A lot of restaurants run on memory, habit and tribal knowledge.
One manager knows how the close is supposed to happen. One chef knows the ordering routine. One trainer knows what new hires are supposed to learn. When those people are away, leave, or get promoted, the standard changes with them.
That creates inconsistency, slower training, missed steps and managers constantly answering the same questions.
The goal is to get the important parts of the operation out of people’s heads and into clear, repeatable tools the team can actually use.
If the standard matters, it should be documented.
The 6-Part Review
This review looks at the operating tools your restaurant already has, what is missing, and where the business is relying too heavily on memory or individual people.
01. Existing Systems + Documentation
Review the routines, checklists, manuals, forms and operating tools already in use to see what is current, what is outdated and what nobody actually uses.
04. Onboarding + Training Structure
Examine how new employees move from first day to fully trained, including trainer responsibilities, sign-offs, checkpoints and gaps in the process.
02. Opening, Closing + Shift Routines
Look at the recurring work that keeps the restaurant moving, including opening, closing, shift-change, cleaning, prep and service routines.
05. Management Routines + Accountability
Review the daily, weekly and periodic routines managers rely on, including who owns recurring responsibilities and how follow-up happens.
03. Training Materials + Role Standards
Review how employees are trained, what written standards exist for each role and whether expectations are clear enough to produce consistent performance.
06. System Organization + Accessibility
Look at where information lives, how easy it is to find and update, and whether the restaurant has a practical way to keep its operating tools current.
The 6-Part Rebuild
Once the review shows what is missing, outdated or inconsistent, the rebuild turns those gaps into practical tools the team can use every day.
01. Operating Manuals + Core Documentation
Build or update the essential manuals, forms and operating documents your restaurant needs so expectations are clear and information is easy to find.
04. Onboarding + Training Pathways
Create a repeatable onboarding structure with training stages, trainer responsibilities, sign-offs and checkpoints from first day through full competency.
02. Opening, Closing + Shift Routines
Create practical routines and checklists for the recurring work that has to happen consistently across opening, closing, cleaning, prep, service and shift changes.
05. Management Routines + Accountability
Build the daily, weekly and periodic routines managers need to run the operation consistently, including clear ownership and follow-up.
03. Training Materials + Role Standards
Build clear training materials, role expectations and station standards so employees are learning the same job regardless of who is training them.
06. Organizing the System
Bring the finished tools together into a practical operating system that can be maintained and updated in print, digitally, or both.
Built to Live Beyond the Project
A system only works if the team can keep using it after the consulting work is finished. We can build your routines, manuals, training tools and operating documents in the format that works best for your restaurant. If your team prefers printed binders, checklists and traditional tools, that is completely fine. If you want those systems digitized, assigned, tracked and maintained, Mise Logic Lab can take them further.

What Will My Restaurant Cost?
Systems, Routines + Training Rebuilds start at $995 CAD.
Most single-location restaurants will fall between $995 and $1,495, depending on the number of roles, departments and operating systems that need to be built or updated, and how much usable material already exists.
You’ll know the full project price before any work begins.
The rebuild includes 12 months of the Mise Logic Lab Compliance Bundle for one restaurant location, at no additional cost.
If you’ve already completed the 6-Point Restaurant Profit & Operations Assessment and systems, training or management structure were identified as priorities, we can use those findings as the starting point instead of repeating work we’ve already done.
